Unified Track: Unified Track- This spring sports season Columbus is excited to start a Unified Track Program. Unified Track was brought to the NSAA by Special Olympics. How it works is a student with special needs partners with a student without disabilities and compete as a team. We currently have a hand full of athletes ready and excited to participate! We are looking for students that would like to partner up with our athletes! Teams that do well enough can qualify to run at the state tournament in Omaha in May. The events are:

    Long Jump
    100m Dash
    4x100m Relay
We will be having a short meeting for all students interested in being partners this Friday morning at 7:45 in Mr. Liston's classroom F212. We will go over partner expectations, practice/meet dates/times, and answer any other questions you have. If you are interested in being a partner and cannot attend Friday morning please email Coach Liston listona@discoveres.org or seek him out.
